Popeye Meets Cookoo Bird
Created for Saatchi & Saatchi and General Mills, this commercial is traditional cel animation ink and paint. This busy, fully animated cartoon features Popeye and his friends helping Cookoo Bird get Cocoa puffs.

As part of the production team, my job was to ink the cels which were then painted and photographed on an animation stand. Then, using a variety of graphic techniques, I created the beauty props for the close-ups of the cereal box.
