Grolier
Encyclopedias were promoted via a VHS video tape, and
a "free" product was needed to bring the presentation
to life. They approached the Child Growth and Development
Corporation, a design firm specializing in behavioral
based toys. Grolier needed big ideas in a compact, inexpensive
form.
The
solution took the form of a inexpensive set of cards
packed with activities: games, toys, experiments and
crafts which were cross-referenced to specific entries
in the encyclopedias.
